Hi, I have an overbite. The front of lower teeth are being grinded down. Should I get the upper or lower guard?

Either an upper or lower custom night guard will work great and protect both your upper and lower teeth. Upper guards do tend to be more comfortable and do not impinge on the tongue as much as a lower guard.
