Can this be worn day and night? I have clenching and grinding all day and night.

Yes, the thin 2mm soft custom teeth night guard can be used for both day and or night use. For day use wearing a thinner guard is much more comfortable and very effective since the degree of teeth grinding and clenching tends to be much light while awake. For smaller mouths, and or very light teeth grinding during the night this guard is very effective too.
