Do I get upper and lower custom teeth grinding night guard?

Most customers only need to wear one custom dental night guard either on the upper or lower teeth which will protect both sets of teeth. Upper custom teeth grinding guards tend to be the most comfortable and do not impinge on the tongue as much as a lower. For very heavy teeth grinding and teeth clenching an upper and lower custom dental night guard can be worn together and 2mm for thickness would be recommended for comfort.
