The slim day guards are thinner custom dental guards that are great for daytime use if you clench or grind your teeth during the day. They are thinner than a night guard so they are less noticeable while wearing. Teeth grinding and clenching tend to be less intense during the day vs. at night during deep sleep so a thinner dental guard will be sufficient.
