I have Lumineers on upper front 8 teeth and upper bridge. Should I get a lower guard? Which one would you recomme

Either an upper or lower custom night guard can be made. To protect your lumineers best an upper night guard would work great. That is no problem at all with lumineers and the bridge on your upper teeth. Since a teeth impression is taken of your exact teeth we can make the guard fit perfectly.
