Can I use my bleaching tray as a grinding guard?

Yes, you can use your bleaching/teeth whitening tray as a teeth-grinding mouth guard. It will not be as effective as a thicker custom teeth night guard especially if your teeth grinding is moderate to heavy. If your teeth grinding is very light then the thin custom teeth whitening tray may be effective.
