Since you would be ordering at already lab direct discounted pricing dental insurance companies will not cover a custom dental night guard. Dental insurance rarely covers a custom dental guard even when going direct through the dentist. You can however use an HSA or FSA account (health spending/flexible spending account) if you have one.
