For heavy teeth grinding the hard 3mm acrylic custom night guard would be the best option. The front-cut customization is recommended for optimal comfort.
For your dental implant work it would be best to wait until all your implants are completed before taking your teeth impression to have the night guard made. Trying to create a space for the implant will throw off the fit of the guard. If you need a teeth night guard now you would take the impression as your teeth are. Then after your dental work is completed you would have to start by taking a new teeth impression to have a new dental guard made. We can offer a discounted price for you if you need to order 2x's.
