Will I have a comfortable bite?
For the top piece, the dentist had to sand the guard it down to match bite on bottom teeth. Otherwise it's uncomfortable because my bite is not perfect. How do you deal with this? D you take a mold of the bottom as well?

Yes, we make the bite surface flat and smooth so the opposing teeth "skate" or glide across the surface protecting teeth from grinding and or clenching. Only one teeth impression is taken of either the upper or lower teeth. Most customer order for their upper teeth since upper night guards tend to be more comfortable and do not impinge on the tongue as much as a lower night guard.
