Does the 30 day return policy begin from the date of purchase or date of receiving product?
I just purchased a lower mouth guard and am going to have a new crown made for one of my lower teeth in mid September. I am wondering if the return policy begins from the date of purchase or on the date I receive the product?
I am thinking I should wait to do the impression until after the new crown is made for optimum fit,
Please advise of when the return policy starts as I may want to cancel my order and wait to place it until my new dental work is done.
