How thick is a 1mm and a 2mm?
I have a terrible gag reflex I am not sure I would be able to hold the impression putty in my mouth for 3-4 minutes, any solutions?
I don't have any teeth in the far back of my uppers and the tray goes all the way far in the back of the mouth, can I pre-shape the putty to just cover the upper teeth that I have then insert the tray?
