I suffer from neck pain and headaches that may be due to clenching. IShould I do top or bottom?
I Have suffered from cervogenic headaches for years that usually come on after 4-6 hours of sleep. My jaw makes noice when I open it but I have no pain in my jaw. My physical therapist recommended trying a night guard. My dentist made one that was so tight it hurt my teeth. Would love to try yours and should I get a bottom or top?
